for getting you
in this mess again
It seemed like a good idea
however long ago
and now we're committed
Airplanes and cabs
and travel fun
then four long days
of schmoozing
and when it's over
I can't promise
that it won't happen again
when the memory
runs thin
and the opportunity
is once more at hand
